Fargesia sp. 'Scabrida
Scabrida Bamboo
Fargesia sp. ‘Scabrida’ — commonly called Asian Wonder Bamboo — is a striking, non-invasive evergreen bamboo (grass) valued for its colorful culms and graceful, upright habit. It forms a dense clump of slender canes that often display a bluish to gray-green coloration, accented by warm orange to reddish sheaths when new, creating a unique two-tone effect. Fine, narrow leaves create a soft, airy texture, while the overall habit remains upright and elegant, making it an excellent screening plant.
